Gift Reading
本来の力を読み取り、整え、人生の舵を取る
Identify your gifts, refine them, and navigate your life with clarity
The Talent Tidying Method™
Gift Reading is a session that helps you discover your innate talents and reconnect with your true potential.
Gift Reading is not fortune-telling.
It does not fit you into a pattern or predict your luck for tomorrow.
Instead, it carefully uncovers the unique “gifts” you were born with and shares them with you.
Everyone is born with distinct traits and sensitivities.
In Gift Reading, we listen closely to your natural abilities and help you find ways to express and utilize your talents in your life.
The key difference from fortune-telling is that your future is shaped by your own abilities, not by predictions.
Gift Reading interprets each person’s completely unique “map of individuality.”
We also incorporate perspectives from Ancient Shinto practices to provide guidance that resonates with your personal strengths.

Connection to Japanese Culture and Shinto
Japanese culture often appears unique and mysterious to foreigners.
Shinto, Japan’s indigenous spiritual tradition, may seem especially enigmatic.
In Japan, people may visit a Shinto shrine for New Year’s blessings, hold a wedding in a church, and have a Buddhist funeral.
This flexibility comes from Shinto being a polytheistic belief system deeply rooted in daily life.
Many Japanese identify as “non-religious,” yet they often maintain a sense of reverence for gods and nature.
In Shinto, the gods are believed to reside within oneself, and the sacred mirror (a Shinto object) symbolizes reflection of your inner self.
Shinto does not have a sacred scripture like the Bible or Buddhist texts.
Yet its values are deeply embedded in everyday life: gratitude for food, letting go of negative feelings, and living in harmony with nature.
These practices reflect a spiritual wisdom that transcends organized religion.
While Shinto may or may not be called a “religion,”
experiencing its perspective can help you connect with your own talents and inner potential,
because your gifts are, in a sense, connected to the same life force that Shinto recognizes as divine.
Gift Reading is offered by a unit based in Tokyo and Miyazaki, researching Ancient Shinto and archaeology.
We can also recommend shrines that resonate with your talents.
